I love your article. It made me think of France and how much I love it.

I was taught to cook at a very young age. I was also taught that if I liked the taste of something, to learn how to make it. I'm still that way, although not all of my friends felt the same when we were young. I still think knowing how to cook is a skill everyone should have, even if it's only scrambled eggs.
